Steak Quesadillas

Baking Instructions: Preheat Oven to 375F. Place on baking tray and place on centre rack. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until shells are lightly brown and the centre is hot. Cut the Quesadillas into wedges and serve immediately. Microwave – Place one quesadillas on a microwave safe dish and cover with a paper towel. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute before removing. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

 

Chicken Quesadillas

Filling: Jalapeno sauce (sour cream [milk ingredients, bacterial culture, guar gum, carrageenan, carob bean gum, potassium sorbate, microbial enzymes] cream cheese[milk ingredients, bacterial culture, microbial enzymes, potassium sorbate] jalapeno peppers [jalapeno peppers, water, vinegar, salt, calcium chloride], spices, sugar, herbs, garlic, modified corn starch, salt) cooked seasoned chicken (chicken breast, water, potato starch, tapioca starch, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, dextrose, xylose, sucrose, soy sauce [wheat, soy beans, salt] maltodextrin, white wine extract, flavouring, malt vinegar, celery powder, citric acid) partly skimmed Mozzarella Cheese (partly skimmed milk, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzymes) Monterey Jack Cheese (partly skimmed milk, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzymes) green & red peppers, onions.

Filling: Milk, vegetables (sweet kernel corn, green peas, celery, carrots, onions), vegetable broth (water, cooked vegetables, salt, sugar, corn oil, potato flour, carrot powder), breadcrumbs (flour, non-hydrogenated palm oil, salt, yeast), chicken breast meat, modified corn starch, chicken base (chicken meat including juices, salt, hydrolyzed soy and corn proteins, sugar, flavouring, potato flour, autolysed yeast extract, carrot powder, turmeric), canola oil, flavour, yeast extract, garlic powder, onion powder, spices.

Dough: Flour, non-hydrogenated shortening, water, dextrose, milk ingredients, salt.

Conventional Oven: Bake from frozen. Remove packaging. Place on baking sheet and cook on the middle rack of a pre-heated oven at 375ºF (190ºC) for 16 to 19 minutes, until baked through. Since ovens vary in temperature, these are guidelines only.

Filling: Textured vegetable protein (soya), onion, salt, spices, potassium sorbate.

Pastry: Flour, water, salt, sunflower oil.

Baking Instructions: Conventional Oven – Preheat oven to 400F (205C). Place frozen samosas onto an ungreased tray and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Turn once after 7 munites, ensure the samosas are warmed through to the centre. Note: Cooking times given are guidelines only and may vary according to appliances used.

 

Mini Spring Rolls

Ingredients: Flour, water, cabbage, palmolein oil, carrots, onion flavour, salt, cornstarch, ginger, spinach, potassium sorbate.

Baking Instructions: Conventional Oven – Preheat oven to 400F (205C). Place frozen spring rolls in a single layer on a baking sheet, seam side down. Bake approximately 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Increase baking time to 25-30 minutes for entire contents of package.
