Cookies (Peanut Free)

Baking Instructions: Thaw overnight in refrigerator or let stand on counter until dough is pliable.. Preheat oven to 325°. Scoop out desired size cookies and deposit on an ungreased cookie tray. Bake in the top third of the oven for 12-14 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

The cookie dough will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week and is good in the freezer for up to 1 year. Unused portions can be refrozen.

 

Chocolate Chip Peanut Free

Ingredients: Wheat flour, margarine (milk), yellow sugar, sugar, semi sweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soya lecithin, vanilla extract), egg whites, water, artificial flavour, salt, baking soda, soya flavour.

 

White Chocolate Chunk Peanut Free

Ingredients: Wheat flour, yellow sugar, margarine (milk), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skim milk powder, butter oil, soya lecithin, vanilla extract), sugar, egg whites, baking soda, salt, soya flour, artificial flavour.

 

Toffee Crunch Peanut Free

Ingredients: Wheat flour, yellow sugar, margarine (milk), sugar, egg whites, toffee crunch (sugar, glucose/fructose, milk ingredients, salt, sodium bicarbonate, natural flavour) artificial flavour, baking soda, soya flour, salt.

 

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Peanut Free

Ingredients: Wheat flour, yellow sugar, margarine (milk), rolled oats, egg whites, semi sweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla flavour), invert sugar, sugar, artificial flavour, salt, baking soda, soya flavour, honey.

 

Rainbow Chip Peanut Free

Ingredients: Wheat flour, yellow sugar, margarine (milk), rainbow coated chips ( sugar, partially hydrognated palm kernel and cocnut oils, cocoa processed with alkali, dextrose, whey powder, soya lecithin, vanillin) sugar, egg whites, artificial vanilla, blackstrap molasses (sulphites), soya flour, baking soda, salt.
