Muffins (Peanut Free)

Muffin Batter Baking Instructions: Thaw batter. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Scoop and place in a greased muffin tin. Bake in top third of oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Due to oven variances, temperature and time may vary. Muffins continue to bake for approximately 2 minutes once removed from oven.

 

Lemon Cranberry Muffin Peanut Free

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, sugar, cranberries, canola oil, whey protein concentrate (milk), baking powder, (sodium acid pyrophosphate, palm encapsulated sodium bicarbonate [sodium bicarbonate and palm oil] dicalcium phosphate, mono calcium phosphate) lemon zest, invert sugar, salt, lemon oil, egg whites, soya flour.

 

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin Peanut Free

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, banana, water, canola oil, semi sweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soya lecithin, vanilla extract), whey protein concentrate (milk), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, palm encapsulated sodium bicarbonate [sodium bicarbonate, palm oil] dicalcium phoshate, mono calcium phoshate) artificial vanilla, invert sugar, soya flour, egg whites, salt.

 

Oatmeal Cranberry Blueberry Muffin Peanut Free

Ingredients: Water, wheat flour, rolled oats, sugar, canola oil, blueberries (sugar, sunflower oil) cranberries (sugar, sunflower oil) whey protein concentrate (milk), baking powder, (sodium acid pyrophosphate, palm encapsulated sodium bicarbonate [sodium bicarbonate and palm oil] dicalcium phosphate, mono calcium phosphate) artifical vanilla, invert sugar, salt, egg whites, soya flour, cinnamon.

 

Double Chocolate Brownies
